CMHCRC Adjunct Faculty
Part-time, Adjunct Faculty, Start Spring 2021
Thomas University (TU) invites applications for several adjunct faculty to join our growing Clinical Mental Health and Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling program for our online delivery model. The CMHCRC program is offered in an online platform consisting of 16 week courses in the Fall and Spring, and 8 week courses in the Summer. Courses may include Psychopathology, Crisis & Trauma, Research and Evaluation, Practicum, Internship, Diagnosis and Treatment, among others. We will be hiring faculty for our online program for Spring and Summer 2021. The CMHCRC program at TU is committed to experiential learning, extensive clinical training, and the use of creative, progressive and applied approaches. TU has been educating counselors for many years and has a network of alumni throughout the country. Educational and Experiential Requirements and Qualifications An earned doctorate in counselor education and supervision (CACREP-accredited program preferred), professional credentials (e.g., NCC or state licensure and/or CRC), at least two years of professional clinical experience, and graduate teaching experience. Preferred qualifications include
*knowledge of CACREP standards and program evaluation *commitment to racial, social, economic, and environmental justice *expertise in online pedagogy specific to clinical training programs
