In this course students gain the knowledge necessary to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) and its underlying principles derived from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps.

Students will gain insights into mastering Business Agility in order to thrive in the competitive market. They discuss how to establish team and technical agility and organize and re-organize around the flow of value. They also learn and practice the skills for supporting and executing PI Planning events and coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Participants in the class explore the importance of adopting a customer-centric mindset and design thinking approach to agile product delivery. Learners also develop an understanding for implementing a Lean Portfolio Management function in their enterprise.

Unlike traditional Scrum Master training that focuses on the fundamentals of team-level Scrum, the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Scrum Master course explores the role of the Scrum Master in the context of the entire enterprise.

In this two-day course, attendees will gain an understanding of the role of a Scrum Master in a SAFe enterprise as well as key components of Agile at scale development, how Scrum is facilitated, and how to execute Iteration Planning.

AWS Technical Essentials.

In this online training course, students will be introduced to Amazon Web Services (AWS) products, services and common solutions. Students will be provided with fundamentals to become more proficient in identifying AWS services so that they can make well-informed decisions about IT solutions based on their business requirements.

AWS System Operations. In this online training course, students will be taught how to create automatable and repeatable deployments of networks and systems on the AWS platform. AWS System Operations is a course for System Administrators and Developer Operations personnel and will cover the specific AWS features and tools related to configuration and deployment, as well as common techniques used throughout the industry for configuring and deploying systems. This course can be used in order to prepare for the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate exam.

AWS Architect Associate. In this online training course, students will be taught the fundamental skills to architect your IT solutions on AWS. AWS Architect Associate is a course for System Engineers and System Developers and will cover how to optimize the AWS Cloud by understanding AWS services and how they fit into cloud-based solutions. AZ-100: Microsoft Azure Infrastructure and Deployment

In this online training course, students will learn to manage their Azure subscriptions, including access, policies, and compliance, as well as how to track and estimate service usage and related costs. In the Cisco CCNP R&S: TSHOOT course students will learn and practice techniques to monitor and troubleshoot routed and switched networks through extensive hands-on lab exercises. Troubleshooting methods, approaches, procedures, and tools are explored. A series of different organizations are introduced for each a set of troubleshooting scenarios that are presented. Students will attempt to solve as many of the troubleshooting tickets as they can; the debrief includes review information that will help them further understand the specific issues raised in the scenarios.

The Cisco CCNA Security: IINS online training course focuses on the design, implementation, and monitoring of a comprehensive security policy, using Cisco IOS security features and technologies as examples. Cisco CCNP Security: SIMOS is an online training course that is part of the curriculum path leading to the Cisco Certified Network Professional Security (CCNP Security) certification.
